Studer S21 lean CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine
The Studer S21 leanCNC cylindrical grinding machine is designed with smaller shops in mind. It includes a swivel wheelhead with Studer's integrated motor spindle, providing variable speed control ranging from 1200 to 3800 rpm. The rigid tailstock's large sleeve is made to accept Morse taper 3 centers. The sleeve moves in protected slide bearings and is available with hydraulic barrel retraction. Barrel travel is 1.38´´ with an adjustment range for cilindricity correction of ±0.0015´´.

Jung JF 420 Surface and Profile Grinding Machine
JUNG’s easy to use manual and CNC-controlled surface and profile grinding machines, available in both small and medium sizes, are especially equipped for use by mold, tool, and die shops.
A high-precision, manual surface and profile grinding machine based on a convincing, integrated concept. From equipment for simple surface grinding tasks to functions for complex profiling work.
The machine is supplied as standard with an automatic vertical infeed function, a digital display and a manual/automatic dressing system complete with dressing measure compensation, and can be upgraded for all applications including creep-feed grinding according to the specific needs of the customer.
